Fast-growing hybrid self-employed estate agency expands with new location

Nested, the rapidly growing hybrid self-employed agency brand, has launched in Southampton.

The regional estate agency operation has been founded by local entrepreneur Chris Schutrups, who also owns The Mortgage Hut and local Italian restaurant Figurati.

Nested has already secured 15 new property listings in its first month of operation.

Heading up that team is property veteran and local landlord David Bland.

He and colleagues will focus on leveraging social media and professional marketing services to maximise value for property vendors.
