Rainy was named among the region’s most impressive and high-achieving professionals across several key categories, including real estate, law, education, health care, philanthropy, finance, and technology. Rainy has previously been named by LABJ as the 2023 Executive of the Year and as a Leader of Influence, but this is her first time on this competitive list, which recognizes Los Angeles professionals making a significant impact in their fields.

The Agency is proud to have Rainy Hake Austin as President, where she brings 25 years of industry experience and a dedication to empowering teams and delivering an exceptional client experience. Rainy previously held senior leadership roles at Compass and Alain Pinel Realtors, and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
