The Agency’s Colorado offices gathered this past September for The Agency Colorado Retreat at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Avon, bringing our regional network together in the beautiful Vail Valley.
The setting offered a fitting backdrop for our growing Colorado presence, with Vail now our newest office in the state, joining Aspen, Boulder, Denver, Grand Junction, Steamboat Springs and Telluride. The two-day gathering celebrated the relationships that connect our offices and the shared ambition driving our next chapter.

“Bringing our Colorado offices together is a reminder of what makes The Agency special. Each team brings extraordinary local expertise, and when we share our knowledge, ideas and relationships, we create more opportunities for everyone,” shared Mauricio Umansky, CEO of The Agency.
Festivities opened Monday evening with drinks and appetizers on the Ritz-Carlton terrace. Tuesday brought breakfast burritos, networking and a full day of programming in the ballroom, beginning with opening remarks from Mauricio Umansky.

Jason Binab, Managing Partner of The Agency Victoria, explored building a high-performance mindset, followed by the “$100M Producer Panel,” featuring Chris Paoli, Managing Partner of The Agency Steamboat Springs; Marybeth Emerson, agent at The Agency Boulder; Traci Garontakos, Managing Partner of The Agency Indianapolis.

Steve Bailey, Managing Partner of The Agency’s offices across Canada and Sarasota, FL. Jay Hebb, Managing Partner of The Agency Boulder, moderated the conversation. Performance psychologist and high-performance coach Dr. Rick Perea delivered the keynote. Together, these sessions placed mindset and professional growth at the heart of the program.
After lunch, Traci Garontakos, Managing Partner of The Agency Indianapolis, presented “The Art of Real Estate,” while Heather Stevens, Managing Partner of The Agency Frisco and Fort Worth, Texas, focused on client retention and building a thriving business.
The final panel explored using The Agency’s marketing and branding to grow a business. Moderated by Laura Corrigan, SVP of Marketing and PR, it featured Heather Sinclair, Managing Partner of The Agency Aspen; Jared Blank, Managing Partner of The Agency Denver; Elise LoSasso, an agent at The Agency Denver; and Nicole Montgomery, Head of Marketing at The Agency Steamboat Springs. Not to mention a fun giveaway to Heather’s latest representation of the Kodiak Club & Residences.
Across the program, the themes reflected a shared priority: helping agents strengthen their businesses through meaningful relationships, distinctive marketing and the exchange of expertise. For a network spanning vibrant cities and celebrated mountain communities, the retreat created space to connect beyond individual markets and consider what we can accomplish together.
“Our Colorado offices serve distinct communities, but we share the same commitment to our clients and to one another. Having everyone together created space to exchange ideas, build relationships and discover new ways to collaborate. Those connections are what make our regional network so valuable,” shared Kacey Bingham, Managing Partner, The Agency Denver and Boulder.

The retreat was made possible with the support of official sponsors Concierge Auctions, SWBC Lending, Luxury Presence, Kaleidoscope Design, Guest House and Just Pended. Dedicated sponsor spotlights and pop-up activations also featured Concierge Auctions, Guest House and Luxury Presence during the day’s programming.
With new connections and fresh inspiration to bring back to their markets, our Colorado teams carried forward the spirit at the heart of The Agency: shared knowledge, generous collaboration and a commitment to exceptional service.
