The Agency prides itself on the unmistakable (and oftentimes, stroll-stopping) style of its offices, brick-and-mortar locations where boutique luxury, award-winning service, and cutting-edge technology are represented throughout. Now the storefront itself is getting an upgrade, partnering with Smartify Media to turn select offices into connected digital environments.

“At The Agency, we’ve built our reputation on representing extraordinary properties and delivering best-in-class marketing to our agents and clients,” said Rainy Hake Austin, President of The Agency. “Our partnership with Smartify allows us to bring that standard to life inside our offices, where digital environments showcase our listings and corporate campaigns with the sophistication our brand demands. This partnership reflects our continued investment in the tools and technology that set our agents apart, allowing them to better market their business and connect with clients.”

Smartify is a premium digital out-of-home (DOOH) and retail media network operating across more than 40 U.S. markets. Under the partnership, screens at participating Agency offices will replace traditional static signage, letting agents and teams update listings and brand content in real time. The first screens are live in several of The Agency’s California offices including La Jolla, Malibu, Berkeley, and Healdsburg, with more on the way. The same screens can host advertising from premium brands, giving participating offices a way to generate media revenue from their physical locations.

For agents, the bigger draw may be Smartify REAL™, short for Real Estate. Real World.™ The program lets content shown on a brokerage screen travel across Smartify’s wider network, including shopping centers, EV charging displays, kiosks, and neighborhood storefronts. A listing no longer has to wait for someone to walk into the office—it can meet potential buyers where they shop, charge their cars, and go about their day.

The partnership blurs the line between the brokerage office and the streets—and for agents, that means more visibility and a better way to put their listings in front of the right audience.
