Integrating wellness seamlessly into everyday life is the goal of HQ Residences Miami, a new luxury residential tower in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, which celebrated the grand opening of its sales gallery on September 10 with two distinct events. The development marks the first residential tower from HQ Hotels & Residences by sbe, led by founder and hospitality visionary Sam Nazarian and entertainment icon Marc Anthony, with sales handled exclusively by The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky and Santiago Arana, alongside broker Maile Aguila.

To celebrate the opening, guests gathered at sbe’s offices in the heart of Coconut Grove, home to the new sales gallery led by The Agency, to explore the project and its offerings. The day began in alignment with the project’s “Life in Balance” ethos, with a guided group meditation alongside a healthy brunch, coffee and matcha. Kane Sarhan, Co-Founder of The Well and the mind behind HQ Residences Miami’s wellness programming, spoke about shaping the project’s immersive restorative experience and the role grounding rituals play in everyday life.

By evening, the gallery shifted into a lively social setting inspired by The Social Club, HQ Residences Miami’s dedicated entertainment floor, which will include Marc’s, a private speakeasy by HQ Co-Founder Marc Anthony. Guests enjoyed Japanese-inspired small plates, cocktails and live music, offering a taste of the social atmosphere envisioned for the future property.

Throughout both events, guests could explore HQ Residences Miami through an immersive VR experience, stepping virtually inside the future residences and amenity spaces. Members of the founding team, including Santiage Arana, Sam Nazarian, Cami l o Lopez of development group Black Salmon, gathered to mark the milestone, sharing their excitement in officially opening the doors and giving Miami its first tangible look at the vision behind HQ Residences.
