Alto, part of Houseful, will be showcasing Alto’s latest conveyancing automation features, as part of its agency software update, in an upcoming webinar.
Alto says it prioritised these new features as a direct result of agent feedback to bring new and improved referral and sales progression experiences to drive faster and more transparent transactions.
It adds that transactions will be significantly easier to manage in Alto due to integrations with conveyancers driving automated milestone updates and search ordering
Agents can choose from a list of over 60 industry-leading conveyancers directly integrated into Alto including Muve and PLS. Agents can also request that their own conveyancing partners be added to the panel. There is also also an opportunity for agents to boost their revenue and earn up to £200 per referral – or up to £800 per transaction.
Taking place on Wednesday 1st of May at 9:30am, the webinar will be hosted by James Dolan, head of customer solutions and education at Alto, who will be joined by conveyancer Convey Law and Gurveer Sandhu, sales manager at DBK Estate Agents.
The webinar will cover:
