This grand 20-acre estate, dubbed “Armenian Estates”, is located on Worthington Road in Westerville, Ohio. It is owned by Armenian businessman Ty Safaryan, who is the owner of several central Ohio businesses, including Twins Buick GMC and Fine Line Auto Body. Currently there are two 20k+ square foot mega homes, a pool and pool house. The pool house is a replica of the Temple of Garni, which was built in 77 AD. Ty plans on building two more mega homes on the property.
