Announced at The Hollywood Reporter’s 2026 L.A. Power Broker Awards earlier this week, this recognition honors Blair’s role representing the buyer in the record-breaking sale of the penthouse at The Sierra Towers, located at 9255 Doheny Road in West Hollywood. The sale closed at an incredible $36M — about $4,888 per square foot — setting an all-time price-per-square-foot record in the market.
