Jessica Hardwick-Langley joins Spicerhaart as director

Spicerhaart has appointed a new homes & affordable housing director who has been tasked with growing the business by forging stronger relationships with developers and housing associations.
Jessica Hardwick-Langley previously spent 20 years at Connells in their new homes team. She is also a qualified counsellor.
Hardwick-Langley said: “So many agents or support services think about what they want and focus on this alone.
“My role is to listen to the needs of the developer or housing association and help them achieve their goals by collaborating and communicating every step of the journey.
“For me, everything I try to do is about adding value; I will check in with myself and often ask my clients whether it is or not.
“If it is, that’s great, if it’s not, it’s time to find another way – it’s as simple as that.”
Hardwick-Langley said she was looking forward to working with MD Tim Wardley and helping build up Spicerhaart’s new homes operation.
“I did something similar in my previous role and it was exciting to watch the team grow and develop,” she added. “I also worked with Tim for 15 years and am really looking forward to doing so again.”
Wardley commented: “I know first-hand how good Jessica is in this field and can’t wait to see the impact she has on the New Homes business.
“She is absolutely exceptional at what she does and it is a big coup for us to have her here at Spicerhaart.”
