Spicerhaart appoints new estate agency director for the Kent region

Spicerhaart has strengthened its leadership team by appointing a new Estate Agency Director for the Kent region.

Jamie Hill, who has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, has been appointed to the role.

Having started his career in 1994 at General Accident Property Services, he worked his way up to Senior Branch Manager before leaving to work in finance recruitment in the City of London.

He returned to estate agency in 2004, where he Joined Your Move Estate Agents, after starting as a senior branch manager and building one of their most successful operations, he became responsible for an area before leaving in 2009. He then went on to set up his own independent sales and lettings agency which was sold in 2022, before joining Arun Estates as branch development director.

Hill, who lives in Ashford, has worked across each of Spicerhaart’s core locations in Kent, and is hoping to improve performance across the board.

He said: “I’m looking forward to working with the team and helping them become the best agents in Kent.

“We have everything we need to make that happen – including a great group of people and the support of a fantastic company.

“If I could pick one word for my team to help make that happen it would be motivated.

“My wife has worked for Spicerhaart for a number of years, and she has given me a great review about the company ambition and culture, making it an easy decision to join.”

Dominic Barry joins Harding Green

The former head of Savills in Brook Green, Dominic Barry, has joined Harding Green in London.

Barry, who has worked in estate agency for 15 years, including five years at Winkworth in East Dulwich, has several former colleagues already working at the self-employed broker.

Barry said: “I’m very excited to be operating with Harding Green and starting a new career chapter. The model works superbly for me to offer my experience and knowledge in a broader range of London that isn’t possible on the high street, and I can’t wait to get going.”

Nick Carter, founder and CEO of Harding Green, commented: “He [Barry] has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Marsh and Parsons and, until recently, Savills. He plans to launch his business in East Dulwich, and we look forward to working with him over the coming months. Welcome Dominic.”

 

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty appoints new broker

United Kingdom’s Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed a new broker to its team.

Joining the team as director – sales is Anna Isajenkowa, who specialises in both prime Central London and country properties and is based in the Knightsbridge office.

Fluent in English, Russian and Polish, Isajenkowa is well connected amongst ultra-high-net-worth-individuals (UHNWIs).

Formerly of Savills, where she worked as associate sales director, Isajenkowa commented: “I look forward to contributing to their already impressive sales record of some of the best homes in London and beyond.”
