Our top goal for 2025: lease more than 80 million square feet of commercial rooftop space for distributed grid solar projects.
As America’s energy demands increase, commercial real estate building owners can profit by hosting solar arrays that distribute energy back into the grid. New Developments
Our top goal for the year is to start a new development. Retail development has been on such a down swing for the past decade. We are now seeing a lot of traction on new developments.
