Congratulations are in order for The Agency’s Dana Trotter, who has been named among The 36 Most Powerful Real Estate Brokers in New York by The Hollywood Reporter. The list spotlights brokers with strong market influence, notable client relationships, media visibility, and a proven track record representing significant luxury properties.
“This honor reflects Dana’s continued influence in New York real estate and her work representing clients in The Hamptons, one of the most competitive and high-profile markets in the country,” said The Agency’s CEO and Founder Mauricio Umansky. “As this region continues to serve as a hub for luxury real estate, entertainment, culture, and high-net-worth clientele, Dana’s inclusion on this list reinforces both her individual success and The Agency’s growing presence in the Hamptons and New York City markets.”
A lifelong equestrian, Trotter was born into real estate, growing up in the Hamptons with a father who was a builder and developer and a mother who worked in sales at Sotheby’s. Dana got her license at 22, intending to assist her Mom in the market—and never looked back. This year alone, her office has closed two of the top 10 deals in their market: an oceanfront parcel on iconic Lily Pond Lane for $67 million and a home off Hook Pond for $37 million.
On behalf of our entire team, congratulations Dana, and well done!
