The Mather Partnership, a well-established estate agency in Cornwall, has announced the opening of its second office located right in the heart of East Quay, Hayle.
The company has long covered the Helston property market, with an office based on Meneage Street. The expansion aims to extend its offering to even more of Cornwall, benefiting those looking to buy, sell, let or rent property in the West Cornwall area.

The decision to expand to Hayle was driven by a growing demand for their services in the wider area.
The head of the family-run estate agency, Pete Courtis, told the press: “We’ve been selling houses for more people and have spread out across Cornwall in the last few years.
“We have now reached the stage where there’s enough demand to warrant another office in Cornwall.”
