What benefits or resources at The Agency stood out to you the most?
The collaborative mindset was most important for me. I came from a very corporate office, and wanted to feel the boutique service, collaborative atmosphere between agents. Not only was The Agency a boutique brokerage, but they are becoming very popular and known for the show. So you had the best of both worlds! Usually, a very famous and trendy broker grows so much that it cannot keep their boutique style. The Agency is different.
What do you find most exciting about The Agency’s vision for the future?
I love that the Orange County office has plans to grow, and being there while the team is still small is exciting, as we would help build it and help the process.
