The Agency Atlanta

Supporting Ronald McDonald House Atlanta

The Agency Atlanta proudly supported Ronald McDonald House Atlanta as it opened a new 126,000-square-foot House adjacent to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Arthur M. Blank Hospital. The new location, the Southeast’s first Ronald McDonald House built directly on a hospital campus, expands capacity by 75 percent with 110 rooms for families in need. To help welcome families during a critical time, The Agency Atlanta’s leadership, staff, and agents assembled welcome bags to comfort and care for families as they settled into the new space.

Shauvon Young: Community Leadership in Action

Shauvon Young is always involved in philanthropy efforts across Maui and the Hawaiian Islands. She is the Founder of the Aloha Ladies Social Club, the largest women’s social club in Maui, which brings together women, businesses, and nonprofits around service and collaboration. Shauvon has supported organizations including Maui Health Foundation, Imua Family Services, Make-A-Wish Hawaiʻi, and Boys & Girls Club Maui.

The Agency Silicon Valley

Mario Andrighetto: Service Through Leadership

Mario Andrighetto serves on the board of the Woodside Fire Foundation, where he supports fundraising, budgeting, and operations that benefit the local fire department and surrounding community. He is also a board member of The Anthony Andrighetto Scholarship Fund, established in memory of his brother. The foundation helps underprivileged youth access educational opportunities and invest in their futures through long-term support.

The Agency Steamboat Springs

Supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Colorado

The Agency Steamboat Springs partnered with SBNY to host a holiday event that raised more than $22,400 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Colorado. The funds directly support programs that provide mentorship, educational resources, and safe spaces for local youth, reinforcing the team’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the Steamboat Springs community.

The Agency New Canaan

Adopting Local Families for the Holidays

The Agency New Canaan partnered with the Town of Fairfield Social Services Department to participate in an Adopt-a-Family holiday program. Agents adopted two local families in need, fulfilling wish lists that included clothing, household essentials, and toys. The donations exceeded expectations and made a meaningful impact for families navigating a challenging year!

The Agency Frisco

Irene Aleman’s Annual Friendsgiving Food Drive

For the past 10 years, Irene Aleman has hosted an annual Friendsgiving and Fall Food Drive in her neighborhood. This year’s effort collected more than 500 pounds of food. Donations were shared with Minnie’s Food Pantry in Plano, Texas, and First Methodist Church in Bridgeport, Texas, helping support families facing food insecurity while bringing neighbors together around gratitude and generosity.

Preserving Architectural History

William Baker serves on the board of the Heritage Square Museum, an institution dedicated to preserving and interpreting Los Angeles’s architectural legacy. Recently celebrating its 50th anniversary, the museum continues to play an important role in education, preservation, and stewardship, ensuring the city’s historic structures are protected for future generations.

The Agency Seattle

Expanding Access to Education and Healthcare

Grace Yu serves in a board leadership role with theBellevue College Foundation, supporting education access and community engagement across the Eastside. She is also involved with International Community Health Services, contributing to efforts that expand healthcare access for immigrant and underserved communities through ongoing planning and leadership initiatives.

The Agency Los Altos

Honoring Local Seniors & Families in Need

Raised by her grandmother after losing her mother at age 9, The Agency Los Altos’ Lynn North has dedicated over 30 years to honoring seniors and supporting families in need. As a longtime board member of Front Porch and Chair of Sunny View senior community, Lynn has championed programs that bridge generations and create opportunity—from high school students writing resident biographies to staff scholarships that help caregivers advance their careers. She also helped support the award-winning Alzheimer’s documentary “Familiar Touch,” which highlights compassionate, person-centered care. For nearly a decade, Lynn has also sponsored the Valle Monte League’s annual events, supporting mental health services and grief counseling for families and teens throughout the community.
