Independent agency completes fifth acquisition in two-and-a-half years

Southernbrook Lettings, the south coast based independent letting only agency, has continued its ambitious expansion plans with a fifth purchase in just under 30 months.

Following its successful takeover of David Seymour’s of Gosport, Fareham & Portsmouth, Cocoon Lettings in Kingston & Guildford, Keats Lettings in Haslemere, Guildford and Liphook, and brite-move lettings in Lee-on-Solent (Hampshire), Southernbroof has completed the purchase of well-established Barrington and Company in Petworth, West Sussex.

This latest purchase extends Southernbrooks substantial portfolio across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire areas therefore providing a solid footprint for growth, according to the firm’s group managing director Louis Musgrove.
