Minors & Brady, which covers the property markets across Norfolk and Suffolk, has completed its second acquisition in just over a week.

The company has purchased Ange & Co in Oulton Broad, marking Minors & Brady’s fourth purchase in 12 months.

Minors & Brady announced at the end of August that it had purchased the lettings arm of LRPM in Cromer, a company with branches in Cromer and London.

The move saw the number of properties the agency serves increase to over 2,100 across sales and lettings.

Ange & Co director, Ange Henderson, said: “We are delighted to be acquired by Minors & Brady, which will see myself step away from being a business owner of 14 years, and getting back to what I love best, helping people move home.

“Minors & Brady are the market leading business, with local owners, innovative marketing & a proven track record of getting results for customers.

“I remain committed to our clients and will continue to serve them under the Minors & Brady brand.”

Jamie Minors, co-founder of Minors & Brady, added: “Our acquisition of Ange & Co is an exciting move, as it offers the addition of a well-respected agent and positive person in Ange.

“The office which we will be taking over is a large detached building with parking and therefore enables expansion into new opportunities on the east coast.

“We thank Ange for her transparency and speed with this deal, and we are really looking forward to having her and her team joining us.
