The Agency’s 2025 Leadership Summit in Mexico City brought together managing partners and leaders from across our global community for two days of future-focused planning, insightful discussions, and collaboration.

Held on the heels of our Mexico City office’s grand opening celebration, the invitation-only event began with a lively welcome reception at Salazar before transitioning into a full schedule at The St. Regis Mexico City.

CEO and Founder Mauricio Umansky and President Rainy Hake Austin opened the summit with a forward-looking “State of the Company” address, outlining The Agency’s transformative vision for 2026—anchored by AI-driven innovation, enhanced marketing capabilities, and our growing community around the world. 

Next, EVP of Digital Strategies Zane Burnett highlighted The Agency’s upcoming tech advancements, showcasing new tools and features that will help agents work smarter and elevate client service in the months ahead.

Later on, the “Global Market Intelligence” panel, moderated by Mauricio Umansky, offered rapid-fire insights from partners across Portugal, Canada, Mexico, Panama, the Turks & Caicos, and the U.S.—highlighting market shifts, emerging opportunities, and what’s driving demand worldwide. Managing Partner of The Agency Indianapolis, Traci Garontakos, then led a session called “Global Voice, Local Soul,” exploring how leaders can balance a unified brand identity with authentic local storytelling.

Afternoon events led by Adam Lerman, Kacey Bingham, Jared Blank, and Jay Hebb focused on how thoughtful agent recruitment and development strategies fuel high-performing, future-ready offices. Day one concluded with a dinner reception at SoHo House CDMX, which featured lively music and an elegant atmosphere, all enhanced by the historic venue.

Day two of the Leadership Summit featured Rainy Hake Austin’s presentation, “Elevating Experience through Service Excellence,” which explored The Agency’s approach to enhancing every client interaction—blending empathy and market-driven strategy to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.

As the summit concluded, one theme resonated clearly: The Agency’s leadership community is united, energized, and ready for what’s next.
