The Agency New York and One Wall Street recently hosted an event that brought together New York City’s real estate industry for the first-ever Industry Exchange—an afternoon designed for connection and forward-thinking dialogue across the industry. By uniting the NYC brokerage community under one roof, the event sparked meaningful conversations, fresh ideas, and a renewed spirit of collaboration as we move the market forward and build momentum as a collective.
Hosted at The One Club inside One Wall Street, The Agency New York’s Industry Exchange panel was moderated by Mauricio Umansky and featured some of the most respected voices in the business, including Rainy Hake Austin, President of The Agency; Matthew Gardner, Chief Economist at Gardner Economics; Noah Rosenblatt, Founder of UrbanDigs; and Jonathan Miller, CEO of Miller Samuel.
The discussion explored global and national economic trends, shifting buyer behaviors, and the ever-evolving NYC real estate landscape—offering attendees valuable insights and forward-looking perspectives. More than a look at the data, discussions centered around how the industry can grow stronger by learning from one another and working together.
The afternoon concluded with a cocktail reception, where guests continued their conversations in a very stylish setting.
“Events like the Industry Exchange remind us that collaboration is the key to innovation,” noted Juliet Clapp, SVP & Northeast Managing Partner of The Agency. “When we bring together diverse voices from across the real estate landscape, we’re sharing insights and shaping the future of our industry, together.”
Thank you to our hosts at One Wall Street and our sponsors—Cliffco Mortgage Bankers and Graubard & Blumenfield Attorneys at Law.
