Alto, the Houseful-owned software system, now has 16 integration partners on Alto Marketplace.

This enables agents to self-serve and activate proptech partner integrations in Alto. Agents can also customise their CRM to suit their needs and drive business efficiencies as a result, Alto insisted.

Partners are currently available across 13 categories including AML solutions, buyer onboarding and tenant referencing, with a range of proptech partners available for both sales and letting agents.

For lettings agents, these include: Bridge AI, Canopy, FCC Paragon, Fixflo, Goodlord, Homebox, Lettings in a Box, SmartSearch and Vouch.

For sales agents, these include: Bamboo Auctions, Snappily, and ViewMyChain.

For both sales and lettings agents, these include: Focal Agent, LeadPro, Moverly and Tappter.

New additions to Alto Marketplace in the first half of 2024 include sales progression provider ViewMyChain, lead management software Leadpro and secure, omnichannel messaging platform Tappter. Additional functionalities have also been added to existing integrations with Fixflo and Bridge AI to further improve their offering to agents via Alto Marketplace.

Commenting on their integration with Alto Marketplace, Keith Banwaitt, founder & CEO of Tappter, said: “Teaming up with Alto is part of our strategy to partner with best-in-class CRM providers which allow us to take our cutting edge communications, messaging and digital customer experience technology out to their large user base. It’s exciting to know that jointly, we’re adding real value to an industry where communication has regularly been criticised by the end consumer.”

Tara Lynch, head of product at Alto, said: “Growing Alto Marketplace and our partnerships allows us to service agencies in a more nimble way. Agencies can easily select the technology that fits their business needs directly from Alto integrations, providing added value to their Alto investment.”
