John D Wood & Co is marking Halloween this year with a series of themed activities across its branches and social media channels.

Now an established annual event for the agency, the campaign includes returning favourites such as the Haunted House Drawing Competition and a Halloween-themed window display challenge.

Branches are once again featuring fictional “spooky” property listings, with this year’s additions including Hellgrave Square, East Suffering, Barce-lonely, and Château de Doom.

Children from local schools have been invited to take part in the Haunted House Drawing Competition, with winning entries displayed in branch windows. Staff across the network are also decorating offices as part of an internal window dressing competition.

For 2025, the marketing team introduced a new initiative — taking to the streets of London to film short interviews with the public about Halloween favourites, from “nightmare neighbours” to classic horror films. The clips have been shared on TikTok as part of the firm’s wider social media engagement.

Chris Kelly, head of marketing at John D Wood & Co., commented: “Our Halloween campaign has very much become part of who we are as a brand. It’s a chance for our teams to have fun, connect with local communities, and showcase the creativity that runs through everything we do.

“We’ve built something that people look forward to each year – and seeing how much joy it brings to our clients, colleagues, and neighbours is what makes it so special.”
