Brandon Braga, General Counsel at The Agency, has been named a nominee for the 2025 Los Angeles Business Journal‘s Corporate Counsel Awards. These awards annually recognize the significant accomplishments of in-house counsel and their contributions to overarching business success. This year’s exclusive list, featuring only 48 nominees, highlights industry-leading Corporate Counsels and their ongoing efforts to support LABJ’s Community of Business™.
As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for The Agency, Brandon holds an integral, multifaceted role, overseeing the firm and its affiliates’ legal affairs, including litigation, real estate, intellectual property, corporate, and franchising matters. Brandon is also sought after as counsel for developing and overseeing risk management policies in addition to advising in key business decisions in an effort to grow The Agency’s global footprint.
A natural team player and a level-headed problem-solver, Brandon is also exceptionally detail-oriented, saying, “I try to follow the wisdom of a former mentor, who always instructed me to ‘Take care of the details and the rest will fall into place.’”
