Our 100 Miles in May Challenge Raises Funds for a Good Cause

From the Pacific Northwest to Panama and from Honolulu to Amsterdam, our annual 100 Miles in May Challenge had our offices around the globe stepping up for a good cause. Together, our team collectively raised $4,600 for Giveback Homes—laying the foundation for a brighter future for families in need in the communities we serve.

Giveback Homes is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating social change by helping build homes for deserving families around the globe. One of the many ways The Agency supports its mission is to hit the trails, beaches, streets and sidewalks for this annual fundraising event.

“I love seeing our team’s heart for giving and their passion for participating in this annual fundraising event,” said The Agency’s Founder and CEO, Mauricio Umansky. “Giveback Homes works with Habitat for Humanity to build affordable housing, and we love to mobilize our team to support them through Build Days and fundraising.”

“What started as a pandemic pick-me-up in 2020 has become our favorite summer kickoff!” added Elisabeth Walton, Vice President, Agent Experience at The Agency. “With more than 100 participants this year, our Agency family proved that when we move together, we move mountains — or at least a whole lot of miles! Here’s to five years of steps, sweat, and supporting a good cause with an incredible community that keeps us all moving forward!”

Thanks to everyone who stepped up and participated in this vital initiative—logging more than 4,600 miless and helping to build homes for families in need.
