A glance into our crystal ball says we want it all this next year. The elegance of the old with the energy of the new; fabulously bold statements and uncompromising comfort; dark moodiness and a bright playful spirit. And who says we can’t? Here are five key trends poised to shape the way we design and live in our homes in 2025.
1. Neo-Vintage Revival
The charm of vintage design is being reimagined for 2025, with a focus on mixing eras to create eclectic yet cohesive interiors. Art Deco’s bold geometry and luxurious materials are paired with mid-century modern’s clean lines and Scandinavian simplicity.

2. Playful Geometry
Shapes will continue to be dynamic and expressive. Expect to see asymmetrical layouts and bold curves dominating furniture, lighting and decor. Think sofas with swooping arms, coffee tables with irregular forms and statement lighting that feels more like art.
3. Earthen Elegance
Earth-inspired tones and textures are anticipated to make waves in 2025, as we search for interiors that feel grounded and serene. Deep clay reds, moss greens and golden yellows will be accented by muted metallics like bronze and copper. Stark white will continue to fade away—and our new neutrals will be honeyed white, brown and even bold, dark ebony.
4. 1980s Opulence
You might spot some of the unapologetic, indulgent glamour of the 1980s in homes this year. Think lacquered finishes, mirrored surfaces and oversized furniture that brings both comfort and drama. Jewel tones will be in full force—emerald, amethyst, and ruby—paired with glossy blacks and whites. Plus, chunky furniture silhouettes and luxurious materials like faux fur and glossy marble.

5. Botanical Beauty
Look for the outside brought inside this year—but beyond houseplants. We have our sights set on wallpaper with oversized botanical designs, richly floral-patterned area rugs, and inviting upholstered furniture in lush prints. Not surprisingly, greens, blues and teals will go hand-in-hand with these elements.
