Savills is set to open its doors to a new residential office in Lymington.

The company has announced that it is moving into a prominent location at 3-4 High Street, with the opening of the new office to coincide with the Christmas lights switch on event in Lymington on 28 November.

The Lymington and New Forest office represents a key addition to Savills local residential sales and lettings network, bridging the gap between its existing offices in Winchester, Canford Cliffs, Salisbury and Wimborne.

Savills says its experienced team of local agents will build on the existing firm’s presence in the area, covering a wide range of property within the town of Lymington, along the surrounding coastline and within the New Forest, in areas including Lyndhurst, Milford on Sea, Burley, Barton on Sea, Cadnam, Bramshaw, Beaulieu, Highcliffe, Christchurch, Bransgore, Brockenhurst, New Milton, Romsey and Ringwood.

The team will work closely with colleagues from the wider regional network, covering all aspects of the property market including residential sales and lettings, planning, development, new homes and rural, as well as the company’s country house department, based in London.

Steven Moore, residential director at Savills who has 27 years of experience in the area, commented: “We are very pleased to be moving into new premises in Lymington. This picturesque seaside town is unsurprisingly a very popular place to live; a major yachting centre with three marinas, the town has a rich maritime history, offering the best of coastal living with the beautiful countryside of the New Forest National Park on its doorstep.

“We already have a strong track record in the area and we are looking forward to building on this from our new office in the heart of the town.”

Luke Brady, head of Savills southern residential region, added: “We are pleased to now be able to fully service the property needs of local buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in Lymington and the New Forest from our new home. We are looking forward to welcoming friends and clients, both old and new, and becoming a part of the local community.”
