Merging New York sports memorabilia, fine art, and real estate, The Agency Art House recently unveiled an exclusive staging installation at 304 Spring Street in Manhattan, a SoHo full-floor penthouse represented by The Agency New York’s Rowena Dasgupta and Jerrie Butler.

Created in collaboration with celebrated art collective and lifestyle brand Good Luck Dry Cleaning, the installation features paintings by contemporary artist Cavier alongside one-of-a-kind, New York-inspired officially licensed works from Fanatics Fine Arts.
The custom staging highlights The Agency’s creative approach to marketing luxury properties, bringing together contemporary art, cultural partnerships, and immersive marketing to showcase residences in distinctive ways.

Set high above downtown Manhattan, the penthouse at 304 Spring Street pairs dramatic scale with an enviable amount of private outdoor space. Designed by Staz Zakrzewski of zh Architects, soaring 18-foot ceilings, walls of glass, and open skyline and river views set the tone. Located at the crossroads of Hudson Square, SoHo, and the West Village, it’s a true townhouse in the sky.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, The Agency Art House offers bespoke art advisory services for discerning collectors across the United States and globally. From portfolio building to white-glove installation, Art House endeavors to make luxury art collecting and staging services beautifully accessible.
