We’re thrilled to congratulate Arushi Kapoor on her recent recognition by Forbes.
At 29 years old, she has already carved out a singular place in the global art world. A celebrated art advisor and founder of The Agency Art House, she’s built a reputation for discernment and an unwavering commitment to nurturing diversity in the industry and empowering emerging artists. This year, Forbes recognized her impact, naming Kapoor to its prestigious 30 Under 30 list for 2026.
“Arushi is an incredibly impressive person and a vibrant force. She brings an innate sense of discretion alongside a dynamic, infectious energy to her work. Her passion really shines through,” says Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Founder of The Agency. “Congratulations to Arushi for this well-deserved honor.”
“This recognition is an honor and a meaningful reflection of what we value most at The Agency Art House: transparency, integrity, and a more thoughtful, client-first approach to art advising,” shared Kapoor.
Forbes selects its 30 Under 30 honorees through a rigorous process that reviews thousands of submissions, tapping industry sources and past honorees for their recommendations. Candidates are evaluated by Forbes staff and a panel of independent, expert judges based on funding, revenue, social impact, scale, inventiveness, and potential. All those listed must be 29 or younger as of December 31, 2025.
Kapoor leads The Agency Art House, a team of talented art advisors, and the company’s art services, which include a bespoke advisory practice that connects collectors and investors with galleries and revered art institutions. She helps clients build thoughtful portfolios grounded in long-term value that include exceptional works from both blue-chip and emerging artists. She also leads a newly developed art staging service to elevate and showcase listed properties in their best possible light.
While art acquisition and building an asset class for clients is part of her unique talent, her passion for art extends beyond acquisition alone. She believes that art should be meaningfully integrated into the spaces and lives it inhabits. “For me, it’s never just about placing artworks,” Kapoor says. “It’s about curating a life steeped in meaning, beauty, and enduring value.”
Her philosophy underpins The Agency Art House’s approach. Kapoor and her coast-to-coast team offer highly personalized guidance to art collectors and investors, drawing on their long-standing relationships with leading galleries, acclaimed artists, and prestigious auction houses. The result is a highly transparent and deeply considered collecting experience that encourages clients to explore and learn as they build their personal collection.
Kapoor brings more than a decade of experience spanning art collection, private advisement, philanthropy, curation, and entrepreneurship. She is widely known for creating immersive art experiences across residential, hospitality, and institutional settings, with a visionary curatorial lens. Her work consistently reflects a broader mission: to change the art world for the better by making art more accessible to everyone and elevating underrepresented voices.
Her dedication extends to her philanthropic work. She serves on the UNICEF Next Gen Board, Tate Modern’s South Asian Acquisitions Committee, the Young Collectors Board at the Institute of Contemporary Art Miami, and LACMA’s Future Arts Collective. She is also the author of Talking Art, a publication featured at renowned museums, including Tate Modern in London.
Recognized as one of the youngest and most influential women art dealers, Kapoor continues to shape the art world with her innovative approach to curation and her savvy for promoting artists through private, intimate events. Her inclusion on Forbes 30 Under 30 list is a reflection of her unique vision and marks an important milestone in her young and flourishing career.
