The Agency’s Public Relations and Marketing teams are consistently pushing the envelope on what is possible in the creative realm, from orchestrating comprehensive press coverage to producing top-tier events, and much more. Today, we’re excited to share that their work has been rewarded with one Gold and three Platinum Hermes Creative Awards, plus an honorable mention — prestigious achievements in the creative industry.

Presented by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the Hermes Creative Awards celebrate excellence in marketing, communications, and public relations. Read on to see The Agency’s winning endeavors.

Awarded for outstanding media relations coverage of one of Los Angeles’ most prominent homes, The Agency’s Public Relations team, led by Public Relations Manager, Fernanda Lopez, handled press for the Stahl House’s first time on the market, honoring the storied family history and architectural legacy of the home while creating one of The Agency’s most impactful media campaigns to date. The team secured over 74 press placements for the go-to-market campaign, with coverage spanning The Los Angeles Times, Inman, ELLE Decor, and Fox Business (just to name a few). The launch stands as one of The Agency’s most successful media campaigns to date, garnering more than 9.4 million views.

Earlier this year, The Agency team took to Fort Lauderdale to celebrate its Global FORUM 2026, bringing real estate agents, executives, influencers, and tastemakers together for informative events, meaningful networking, and moments of celebration. The FORUM event video, produced by The Agency’s Event Producer, Makenzie Green and videographers Seven Studios, was awarded Platinum honors, and immerses the viewer in the annual gathering’s signature energy. When The Agency opened its Houston–Sugar Land location in January 2025, the launch made an immediate impression — both locally and nationally. Coverage landed in leading real estate publications including The Real Deal, Inman, and Real Estate News, alongside prominent local outlets like the Houston Business Journal and Houston Chronicle. The breadth and quality of media attention made it one of the in-house PR team’s most successful office openings to date, and the playbook developed around it now serves as a model for all future expansions.

The Agency’s 2026 Red Paper, also earned an Honorable Mention — recognized not only for its depth of content, but for its accessible, informative design. Now in its sixth year, the Red Paper is The Agency’s annual global wealth report. It offers exclusive insights into luxury real estate, emerging market trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and the evolving world of luxury goods and collecting. Produced in collaboration with Dow Jones’ custom publishing team, the report reflects a seamless blend of editorial rigor and strategic vision — from curating content and sourcing authoritative voices to executing a PR campaign that secured placements in The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, and HousingWire.

Since 2018, The Agency has earned recognition from the Hermes Creative Awards, a testament to our team’s consistent high standards, innovative marketing, and industry-leading communications.
