Earlier this month, The Agency brought together a select group of women real estate leaders for In Good Company, an intimate event hosted by The Agency New York, celebrating collaboration, creativity, and connection.

Led by The Agency’s SVP and Northeast Managing Partner, Juliet Clapp, planned by VP of Vibes, Makenzie Green, and held at Glasshouse in Chelsea, this limited-attendance event brought together agents, managing partners, and leadership from across the country, including The Agency’s VP of Agent Marketing, Lesley Stern, SVP of Franchise Operations, Tara Gettles, and SVP of Marketing and Communications, Laura Corrigan.

Against the backdrop of the stunning New York City skyline, attendees enjoyed motivational keynotes and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

In Good Company kicked off with a visualization exercise led by The Agency Muskoka’s Holly Carroll. In her session, Holly encouraged attendees to step into the identity of their highest self—showing how intention-setting and mindset shifts can create the future you desire in both business and life.

Next, Angie Noack, senior VP of Business Development and licensed professional counselor at Braincode Centers, delivered The Neurology of the 1%, a powerful exploration of how daily shifts can unlock extraordinary growth through neuroscience. Noack’s presentation inspired attendees to rewire their minds and rise to the top 1% of their careers and lives.

After lunch, the day concluded with the closing keynote, presented by The Agency’s President, Rainy Hake Austin. In a deeply moving talk, Rainy opened up about her personal and professional journeys, sharing her background, how she became involved with real estate, and ultimately what brought her to lead a global brokerage. A true industry force who has overseen the sale of a quarter trillion dollars of real estate in her nearly 30-year career, Rainy’s keynote focused on helping attendees embody their leadership potential by leading with authenticity and overcoming imposter syndrome to find their voice.

“Bringing together this incredible group of women was an honor and a joy,” said Juliet Clapp. “In Good Company was about creating space for real connection and growth—and seeing the energy in the room reminded me why events like this matter. I’m so proud of what we created and can’t wait to do it again.”

“We created In Good Company to provide a forum for top-tier industry professionals to communicate openly, share ideas, and uplift one another,” added Rainy Austin. “The wisdom and candor of the women in that room were truly galvanizing. I hope our conversations sparked a renewed sense of community and reminded everyone of our collective strength when we work together.”
