The Agency Indianapolis sponsored a vibrant preview party for Indianapolis Monthly’s 2026 Dream Home, marking their third year supporting the event after sponsorships in 2023 and 2025. This year was especially meaningful, given that Managing Partner Traci Garontakos is representing the featured residence, “The Reverie.” Unlike recent Dream Homes, which were built for private homeowners, the 2026 home is listed for sale by Traci and is currently on the market.

Securing the listing was the result of Traci’s longstanding relationships with builder Scott Bates Custom Homes and local luxury developers, along with a collaboration with The Agency’s award-winning corporate marketing team on the listing presentation and property branding. The recent preview event and listing mark a milestone for The Agency Indianapolis, demonstrating the value of local relationships, community involvement, and a collaborative marketing approach.

To celebrate, The Agency hosted a “Red Poolside” cocktail party, offering tours of the home while bringing the craftsmanship of the custom residence to light. The evening was filled with excitement as guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, a DJ, and a champagne toast. The night was also about giving back. A portion of ticket sales benefited Morning Light Inc., an Indianapolis nonprofit that offers a free home to terminally ill, low-income patients.
