The Agency La Jolla is thrilled to welcome longtime real estate professional Ron Chaquica to our growing Southern California team. With over two decades of experience in both real estate and finance, Ron brings a deep aptitude for marketing, valuation, and consulting services for complex real estate transactions and investor-driven deals, specifically in the commercial sector. In 2025 alone, Ron has achieved more than $23 million in sales volume.
Having lived in San Diego for nearly 25 years, Ron’s understanding of the area’s growth and evolution gives him unique insight into local market trends and emerging investments.

Ron will be part of The Agency’s accomplished San Diego team, which includes his wife, Cristi Chaquica. Both Ron and Cristi will be based out of our La Jolla location.
