We’re proud to be in OKC! The Agency recently hosted a series of high-energy events to mark the grand opening of The Agency Oklahoma City, blending art, music, and real estate magic. From an exciting ribbon-cutting ceremony to a spectacular soiree at an epic 36-acre estate, the celebrations were nothing short of extraordinary.
Ribbon-Cutting & A Special New Dev Tour
The celebrations kicked off with a ribbon cutting at the new local office, which was attended by local representatives, The Agency’s CEO and Founder, Mauricio Umansky and the entire OKC team. Mauricio also took time to sign a few copies of his bestselling book, “The Dealmaker.”
Next, guests were taken on a special tour of the nearby Edmond Lark Development by developer Matthew Myers. A luxury neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Edmond, the new residences are represented by Tess Myers and Wyatt Poindexter. See more details on the available offerings here and the unique pedestrian-friendly downtown lifestyle they provide.
“This is OKC” Podcast Interviews Mauricio
Part of OKC’s grand opening festivities included Mauricio sitting for an interview with real estate pro (and The Agency team member) Mike Hearne on his popular local podcast, “This Is Oklahoma.” Mauricio brought big real estate energy to the chat, sharing market insights, the importance of professional collaboration and inspiring advice on work and life. A High-Octane Event at A Local Estate
The Agency capped off its grand opening celebrations with an unforgettable event at an epic 36-acre estate, represented by Wyatt Poindexter. The home is the most notable listing in the state and the most expensive in the region; it has garnered ample attention, including a feature in Mansion Global.
More than 600 guests were in attendance, including The Agency’s Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications, Laura Corrigan; The Agency OKC’s Managing Partners, Wyatt Poindexter and Wayne Kirby, as well as Managing Partner of The Agency Development Group Mike Leipart. Local band, A2Z, got back together specifically for this event and provided the perfect soundtrack, filling the air with energetic beats that kept the crowd buzzing.
In addition to unique works on display by artists Kim Myers, Allison Petrick, Dave Goodman and The Agency OKC’s Wyatt Poindexter, guests also enjoyed a stunning display of exotic cars sponsored by Exotic Motorsports of Oklahoma, along with the current property owner’s personal car collection. Guests were treated to a culinary experience from some of OKC’s finest restaurants, including Symmetry Steakhouse, Taco Nation and Ray’s Chicken. Big thanks is due to Legacy Title, who served as the event’s largest sponsor.
