We’re excited to share that The Agency has officially launched a new office in Berkeley, which will be led by industry veteran, Jeff Samuels, Senior Vice President of Northern California.

The office is located at 1619 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley, California and currently has 25 agents, with the goal to add another 15-25 by the end of the year.

“We’re thrilled to launch our newest NorCal office located in Berkeley’s renowned North Shattuck culinary district,” says Jeff. “We aim to reimagine today’s real estate office at this location with a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor spaces designed as a vibrant café environment. Our goal is to create a welcoming hub where agents can gather, collaborate, and connect, all while offering private, stand-alone workstations for business needs.”
