The Agency was a proud sponsor of the 60th Annual National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) conference, an educational and networking-based event featuring news industry leaders and award-winning journalists. Held this year in downtown Miami, NAREE’s annual conference celebrates the media side of real estate—the writers, journalists, and news outlets covering pertinent topics around the market that effectively power the industry forward.
This year’s topics touched on affordability, branded residences, and wellness, as well as the growing use of AI across all sectors.
Featured in the peer-to-peer educational workshops and industry trends sessions were The Agency’s Maile Aguila of our South Florida Development Division and Scott Coggins, Managing Partner of our Nashville office.
Maile Aguila, who is one of the leading sales brokers for HQ Residences Miami along with Mauricio Umansky and Santiago Arana, was featured on the “Luxury Living” panel, which included Paul Whalen of Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and Jay Phillip Parker of Douglas Elliman and was moderated by Candace Taylor, editor and reporter at The Wall Street Journal.
Scott Coggins added his expertise to “The Evolution of Realty Brokerage in the AI Era,” and was joined by fellow panelists David Siddons of Douglas Elliman and Julia Kanter, Senior Director of Product at Zillow. The session was moderated by Jason Hidalgo, a business reporter from the Reno Gazette-Journal.
Great work, Scott and Maile!
