Jeff Jabbora brings a proven track record across premier real estate brands to his role as VP of Franchise Sales. He has led franchise sales for the Realogy family of companies, including ERA Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty, served as Vice President of Franchise Sales for Engel & Völkers, and most recently was a top-producing Director of Franchise Sales at RE/MAX, including leadership within the RE/MAX Luxury Division. Jeff is also a top-producing luxury team leader and former Executive Director at Allison James Estates and Homes, bringing deep expertise in brokerage growth, franchise development, and high-performance sales execution. He is a proud combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Scott Mitchelson serves as Senior Vice President of International Franchise Sales at The Agency, where he leads global expansion strategy and manages Regional Vice Presidents across domestic and international markets. In his first year, Scott surpassed sales goals by 162%, generating $69M in Gross Commission Income and earning President’s Council recognition. He has spearheaded expansion into four new international markets within 18 months and closed the largest deal in Corcoran brand history in 2024 by affiliating McEnearney & Associates, securing just under $50M in GCI. Prior to The Agency, Scott spent over two decades in franchise development, serving as Regional President at Windermere Services Company where he expanded territory by more than 1,300 agents and contributed to a $120 million increase in GCI.

James Corcoran is a VP of Strategic Acquisitions with over 20 years of experience leading business expansion, operational efficiency, and enterprise transformation in real estate, finance, and professional services. At Anywhere Real Estate, James directed enterprise transformations across national brands, managed professional teams to develop strategic partnerships, and improved performance through accountability frameworks and CRM adoption. He has managed P&L responsibilities, guided M&A integrations, expanded Engel & Völkers’ network across the Americas, and established growth-oriented divisions at Weichert Realtors.

Serving as The Agency’s Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales for North and South America, Ricardo Beer has been instrumental in overseeing The Agency’s growth since joining in 2012. His leadership has helped the company expand from less than 10 agents in one office to a network of 150+ offices in 14+ countries worldwide. Previously serving as Director of Franchise Communications and Director of New Office Operations, Ricardo has been featured in HousingWire as a Rising Star and The Los Angeles Business Journal as an industry thought leader. His team is responsible for recruiting and onboarding over $1.5B in annual sales volume for The Agency.
