Manhattan, we mean business. The Agency is proud to announce that we have been ranked 15th in Manhattan in The Real Deal’s 2026 NYC Top Brokerage Ranking, marking our fourth consecutive year on the list (following acknowledgments in 2025, 2024, and in 2023).
The ranking is based on 2025 residential transaction volume sourced from New York City’s ACRIS database, cross-referenced with MLS systems and brokerage websites. The dataset covers residential transactions only — including condos, co-ops, single-family, and 2–4 family homes — and spans more than 38,000 transactions across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
