We’re excited to share that The Agency has once again been named among the top 20 residential brokerages in the Bay Area, according to The Real Deal’s 2026 rankings. This year, we landed at #11—up two spots from last round—closing 867 transactions on deals exceeding $100,000 between May 2025 and May 2026.
That growth reflects The Agency’s expanding footprint across the region, with offices in Berkeley, Alamo, Marin, Woodside, Los Altos, Los Gatos, and Healdsburg.
In 2025, The Agency also added 15 agents across our Bay Area offices, deepening our local presence and strengthening our ability to serve buyers in these competitive, sought-after markets. Together, these agents brought in more than $166M in production volume.
In addition to this acknowledgement, our NorCal teams were recently ranked among the largest Bay Area residential real estate brokerages by the San Francisco Business Times based on the gross volume of regional sales closed in 2025.
