At The Agency, evolution is our favorite tradition, and this latest update deserves the spotlight.

Earlier this month, just in time for its 14th anniversary, The Agency unveiled a newly reimagined Beverly Hills headquarters, ushering in a new chapter for its flagship office.

The revamp reflects both the evolution of the brand and the sophistication of the listings The Agency represents around the globe. Blending contemporary style, warmth, and functionality, the space meets the needs of our staff, agents, and clients; every element has been crafted to support daily teamwork and a seamless modern-day work experience.

“From the start, I wanted to redesign this office to foster more in-person collaboration and create a space where ideas could flow freely,” said Mauricio Umansky, The Agency’s CEO and Founder. “Now, this is a place where agents can drop in between showings, connect with colleagues, meet clients, and feel right at home. It’s been incredible to see everyone talk shop, strategize, and brainstorm together. I’m proud that the office now fully embodies The Agency’s spirit of collaboration.”

Inside, brass and milk glass chandeliers illuminate forest-green banquette seating—perfect for casual meetings, quick chats, and solo work— while a large, central wood conference table invites larger group gatherings.

A palette of tans, browns, and greens creates a soothing, welcoming atmosphere, while The Agency’s signature red shines through in accents and details.

Striking photography of The Agency’s most iconic properties and campaigns, along with a dedicated space for private meetings with the Marketing team, ensures agents have inspiration and resources at their fingertips.

“We have been in this office space for more than 12 years, and it’s so exciting to see it in a new light,” said The Agenyc’s President, Rainy Hake Austin. “I love the elevated aesthetic. We drew inspiration from some of the world’s most exclusive private clubs to create a vibe that’s perfectly suited for our agents and clients. Our Beverly Hills office is now as inspiring and beautiful as the properties we showcase, and this redesign is just one part of our larger plan to continually elevate the experience we provide for both our team and our clients.”

The redesign was unveiled during a lively grand reopening event in September, held in partnership with Closed Escrow, which recently opened its own office just across the lobby. Their proximity allows agents to access escrow updates and support, reinforcing The Agency’s mission to make every part of the real estate process exceptional.

During the celebration, more than 120 guests toasted with custom cocktails and libations courtesy of Peroni, Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyard, Código Tequila, and Beverly High Rye.

Mauricio Umansky, Billy Rose, and President Rainy Hake Austin were in attendance, along with Jeff Samuels, Executive Vice President of Brokerage Operations, Creative Director Shane Gazzo, and agents from across the Greater L.A. area, as well as the South Bay, Corona del Mar, and San Diego.
