This honor, which is part of LABJ’s Inside the Valley, was formally celebrated at the 2026 Valley Women’s Leadership Symposium & Awards, an event that spotlighted top business leaders from across the L.A. region on August 20th.
Adrienne, who joined The Agency in 2018, drew on her marketing background to build her real estate business from the ground up, focusing on consistency, professionalism, and genuine relationships. To date, she has surpassed an incredible $60 million in sales. A true servant leader, Adrienne approaches real estate with an emphasis on client care over transactions. Known for her hands-on style, she’s a trusted presence in the communities she serves, educating and empowering the people she works with. That approach has grown her business into one rooted in repeat and referral relationships across Los Angeles. She’s also continued investing in her own development, from coaching and continuing education to industry involvement, including earning her AHWD Certification to better serve diverse communities.
