The Agency Turks & Caicos has officially closed out sales at The Retreat, a 24-residence development in Grace Bay. The final residence sold for $400,000, bringing the project to 100% sold just 13 months after its May 2025 groundbreaking and ahead of the resort’s planned October 2026 opening.

The milestone is particularly significant for the local market: The Retreat is the first condo-hotel development in Turks & Caicos to be designed, constructed and marketed by a Turks & Caicos Islander team. The Agency Turks & Caicos led sales and marketing for the development.
