Bend: Thriving in New Territory
Grant Ludwick and Matt Robinson, Managing Partners of The Agency Bend, have guided the office through its initial stages of growth with practiced confidence. With the office’s steady influx of new agents and a significant increase in average sale price, The Agency Bend is a force to be reckoned within Central Oregon’s real estate scene.
“From the time of our office’s opening last January, we have added five new agents and we have just recently moved into our permanent office in downtown Bend,” says Grant.
“Beyond adding great agents, our team, The Robinson-Ludwick Group, saw our average sale price jump more than $160,000 year-over-year following our move to The Agency, from $767,496 with Coldwell Banker in 2022 to $930,958 in 2023 with The Agency,” adds Matt.
Portland: Our 100th Office
In November of 2023, The Agency celebrated its 100th global partner office in Portland, Oregon. The office marked our second location in the state, following Bend. Led by Managing Partner Dirk Hmura and Managing Principal Broker, Andrew Misk, our Portland team serves buyers and sellers throughout “The City of Roses” and its picturesque surrounding regions.
An iconic Pacific Northwest destination and Oregon’s most populous city, Portland is truly a class of its own. Located on the Willamette River just 20 minutes from Lake Oswego and 90 minutes from the ski slopes of Mount Hood, this one-of-a-kind city is home to more than 180 microbreweries, upwards of 250 parks and dozens of major company headquarters, which span the realms of sportswear, technology, healthcare and finance.
Boise: Making an Impact
Robyn and Michael Moir, Managing Partners of The Agency Boise, have spearheaded the brokerage’s expansion into the Treasure Valley. Through strategic recruitment and a focus on community engagement, The Agency Boise has quickly become a prominent player in the local market. With a commitment to giving back and a dedication to providing unparalleled support to its agents, The Agency Boise is set to continue its upward trajectory.

Coeur d’Alene: Radiant in The Gem State
Rounding out The Agency’s presence in Idaho is our Coeur d’Alene office, which launched in May of 2023 with Managing Partners Greg Link and Bobby Carmody at the helm. Greg and Bobby’s local team serves buyers and sellers throughout the greater Lake City region, from the inviting, suburban-style communities of Sandpoint and the fast-growing new developments in Post Falls and Hayden to the ultra-private rural properties in the surrounding regions.
